Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 21, 2026
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of triniti-it-security.com and any services you buy from Triniti IT Security. When you use our website or work with us, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with them, please do not use the website or our services.
Our Services
Triniti IT Security offers four service lines:
- Team Training. Sessions that teach your team cybersecurity best practices and the safe use of AI.
- Compliance Readiness. Preparation for HIPAA, PCI, and SOC 2 audits.
- Cyber Planning. A one-time planning engagement that produces a written plan for your security priorities. It does not include ongoing monitoring.
- Policy Writing. Written security and compliance policies for your business.
A written proposal or agreement lists the scope, schedule, and fees for each project.
What We Promise
We do our work with care and give you our best professional judgment. Security and compliance depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee any specific result. In particular:
- Independent auditors and regulators decide whether you pass an audit. We prepare you for it, and we cannot guarantee an audit outcome or a certification.
- No plan, policy, or training session can prevent every security incident. We cannot guarantee that you will avoid a breach or a loss.
- Our work and website content give general information. They do not count as legal advice, and we are not a law firm. Ask your attorney about legal questions.
Proposals, Fees, and Payment
Each project starts with a written proposal or agreement. It lists what we will deliver, the fees, and the payment schedule. Pay each invoice by the due date on the invoice.
If you ask for work outside the agreed scope, we will send you a new proposal or change request before we start. If a written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that project.
Your Responsibilities
We need your help to do good work. You agree to:
- Give us accurate and complete information.
- Make the right people and systems available on the dates we agree.
- Confirm that you have the authority to share the information you give us and to sign for your business.
- Decide which recommendations to act on, and carry them out. Your team makes the final decisions about your business's security.
Training Sessions and Webinars
You may attend the sessions you register for. Please do not record, copy, or share session materials or recordings outside your organization unless we agree in writing.
We may reschedule or cancel a session. If we do, we will notify you and offer a new date.
Ownership and Use of Content
Triniti IT Security owns the content on this website, including its text, graphics, logos, and training materials. You may view and print it for your own use. Please do not copy, sell, or republish it without our written permission.
Your written agreement states who owns the documents we create for you and how you may use them. If the agreement says nothing about it, you may use those documents inside your own organization.
Confidentiality
We treat the non-public information you share during a project as confidential. We use it only to do the work. We share it only with people and service providers who need it for that purpose and who must protect it.
This duty does not cover information that is already public, information you share openly, or information the law requires us to disclose.
Using Our Website
Use our website lawfully and honestly. Please do not:
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the website, our systems, or other people's information.
- Introduce malware or disrupt the website.
- Scrape or copy the website with automated tools without our permission.
- Submit false information in our forms or pretend to be someone else.
- Use the website to break the law or to harm others.
If you find a security problem on our website, contact us so we can fix it.
Third-Party Tools and Links
Our website and services rely on third-party tools, such as scheduling, email, text messaging, and video meeting platforms. Those tools follow their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party sites, and we take no responsibility for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
We provide our website and its content "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or fits a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Triniti IT Security, its owner, and its team members have no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, that arise from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the fees you paid us for that project in the twelve months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.
Your Responsibility for Claims
You agree to cover the losses and reasonable legal costs we incur when a third party brings a claim that arises from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website.
Ending Our Relationship
You may stop using our website at any time. You may end a project by giving us written notice. You then pay for the work we completed and the costs we incurred up to the date of your notice.
We may suspend or end your access to our website or services if you break these Terms or misuse the website. Terms that by their nature should continue, such as confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue after a project ends.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms follow the laws of the United States and of the state where Triniti IT Security has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If a dispute comes up, contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. If we cannot, the courts in that state have jurisdiction over the dispute.
General Terms
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with any written agreement between you and us, make up the whole agreement about our website and services. If we delay in enforcing a right, we keep that right.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using our website after an update, you accept the updated Terms. For a project already underway, your written agreement continues to control.
